Huaneng Group Corporate Culture Analysis

There is culture where there are mankind activities in groups. As a enterprises, in which people work and live together, when they carry out they business, they develop culture at the same time,this is called corporate culture.Generally.Outside ,the enterprise corporate culture is a symbol of the enterprise; inside the enterprise corporate culture is the base of enterprise regulation design.The studies on corporate culture of our country began from "Anshan steel plant constitution" of 60s of last century ,and became popular as "Haier Model" in 90s of last century.
