The Study On The Urbanization Of Haidian Village And Industrial Change Strategy

This article discussed the economy of Haidian village,Including population, land, assets, industry structure,organization structure and the change of key industry.I researched historic documents, and design questionnaire,conduct research, and do a lot of on-site investigation, and conduct the comparative research, and combine qualitative,and quantive analysis.After analysing internal and external environment of Haidai village which include Haidian village's political, economic, culture,surrounding,society,I managed to position the function of Haidian village within the circle of modern city,and establish the midterm and long term strategic goal of Haidian village's industrial change.1,Haidian village's strategic goal of industrial change from 2004 to 2010 is to implement urbanization, modernization,"four kind" Haidian in 2008. 2,The strategic plan wlll aim to develope the real estate as the key,and make the people live happily as the goal, and integrate the village's resources,and inprove the scale of industry .3,To rebuild the Wanliu,Shucun,Qinglong bridge's old uptown as strategic task.4,To emphases developing estate, service, trade, tourism, education, finance, goods transport as the key industry.5,Set up three business-center,including Wanliu,Wanlin,Qinglong bridge.6,To establish the scientific development core value,and deepen the rural economic reform,and strengthen the management and supervision,and introduce talent,and create excellent culture.This will help improve the core competence of Haidian village.
