The pharmacy is a very special industry with infinitely wide market and will be a sun-rising industry forever. It is also an industry with very high profit and very high risk. Chinese traditional medicine pharmacy with its long history and unique features has a good competitive capacity in the medicine market in China and even in the world. Chinese government has recently laid down the policy, laws, and rules for the modernization of the traditional medicine pharmacy, and planed to make it one of the key-supports of the national economy of our country. The modernization brings a big developing opportunity to the traditional medicine pharmacy, and at the same time brings a big challenge to it.?Shenzhen Sanjiu Medical and Pharmaceutical Co.LTD is one of the biggest enterprises producing traditional medicine in China. During its development from a small business to a big enterprise there are several different organization patterns constructed. The investigation of the changes of its organization structure will help us to understand the real situation of the organization structure of Chinese traditional medicine pharmacy enterprises. It can also be a valuable reference for raising the management level of the traditional medicine enterprises.?The thesis based on the organization theory?and used the organization structure of Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co. LTD as the research object. The study followed the pathway of the changes of the real organization structure of Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co. LTD, and specially analyzed the disadvantages in the existing system. The thesis proposed several suggestions for the reform of the organization structure, analyzed the obstructions in the reform, and proposed the methods for breaking through those obstructions.?The study conducted to a conclusion that the organization has a life cycle. The stages of the life cycle?proceed essentially step-by-step followed the regulation. The revolution process of stages in organization life?cycle is the development process of the organization. Any kind of organization reform will meet obstructions coming from mentality factors, economical factors, and social factors. To overcome those obstructions, a manager must get the collaboration from all members of the whole enterprise. There are six basic methods for a manager to cooperate with other members. A successful manager should not at will picks up one or two from them. He should familiarize with all the methods and adopt them according to the real situation of the enterprise. Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co. LTD is currently at the late stage of normalization, and it can achieve the success to transfer to collaboration stage by improving its existing organization structure that will facilitate the continuous development of the enterprise.?The thesis adopted the positivism method and collected a big amount of real data from Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co. LTD. The thesis utilized the theory of organization life cycle and organization reform, analyzed the problems of the existing organization structure of Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co. LTD. The thesis has the realistic value since there is no literature that analyzing the organization structure of Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co. LTD, especially no literature that utilizing the life cycle theory to solve the problems in organization structure reform.
