Supermarket is a kind of synthetical commercial status , the chain store is the unification for merchandise circulate . It includes :concatenate management , concessionary management and leaguing management. Concatenate management goes very well, the other two are advantage for expanding and brand management.The major mode of our country -supermarket is faced with more and more threaten after China joined WTO. We need to use the scientific method to coach the management of our company in order to make a success in future . The supermarket must use the marketing theory and the scientific method, to coach the management, from this to get more profits and attract the consumer.By researching the theory of marketing plan , feasibility analyse and particularity for new store arranging, we make the store opening and arranging processing for Nmart Qingdao store. By analyzing the macroscopical environment and microcosmic environment,we put forward the chance and the threaten, predominance and inferior position ; and affirm the important factor for affecting the store arranging and opening ; By researching all of above and thetheory of marketing dividing , we confirm the marketing goal and marketing orientation ; By researching the service marketing theory , we make the 6PS marketing mix plan and make "how to execute and how to control " proceeding plan , including structure building, the forecast for sales and fee, detailed proceeding plan etc.
