As the further reform of China' s market economy system, many middle and small scale high-tech enterprises develop with a high speed. During this process, they don' t have proper HRM system to support their business development. Especially, the lack of incentive compensation system make it difficult to attract and retain excellent employees work for enterprises. Accordingly, how to design compensation system properly is vital for middle and small scale high-tech enterprises to survive and continuously develop in complex and strong competitive market.In this thesis, author studied and analyzed today' s compensation system of ACTION Company deeply under the instruction of modern company compensation theory, got the job description and job sequence though job analysis and job evaluation. In addition, author toke investigation of market compensation. On the base of these data, author redesigned new compensation system both have internal and external equality. The core of this system is incentive and base-on-job structured compensation. Otherwise, author increased performance compensation and redesigned some different salary systems according with different departments. For example, author designed project commission for R&D stuff to promote their market idea, and designed marketing commission for seller to inspire them exploit market. Author hope that this thesis not only can improve the HRM of ACTION Company, but also can provide a valid and vividcase for modern compensation study.The shortcoming of this thesis is that author didn' t study performance evaluation system deeply which matches the new compensation system.There are four parts in thiS thesis, the first part of this thesis introduces theory of compensation design. The second part of this thesis mainly introduces and analyzes the realities of the ACTION Company' s compensation system. The third part of this thesis redesigns the compensation system under the instruction of relative theory. The forth part of this thesis assesses the effect of new compensation system.
