The Construction Of Official's Vocational Morality In The Transition Of Economic System In China

With the transition from the system of planned economy to the system of market economy in our country, there is a lot of problems existing in the construction of official's vocational morality. For example, the idea is out of accommodation and the law is imperfect. As a direct result, an increasing number of officials have corrupted and breached of duty, which has brought a great loss to people. Consequently, the research on the construction of official's vocational morality is important for theory and reality, which is just the reason why the problem is put forward.Firstly, the author analyzes the relationship between the transition of economic system in china and the construction of official's vocational morality according to theory and reality. Secondly, the author sums up some requirements and challenges in the construction of official's vocational morality from the transition. Thirdly, the author takes in some successful experience on the construction of official's vocational morality in foreign developed countries and comes up with some policies for the construction of official's vocational morality in china.This article has four parts. The first part is a part of induction, the author makes a discussion on the reason why the problem is put forward and the meaning of the research in this part, at the same time, the author defines the major concepts and the scope, in the research. The second part is the part of literature search. The third part primarily discusses the transition of economic system and the construction of official's vocational morality, the result indicates that some relationships are existed between market economy and the construction of official's vocational morality. Then the author makes a further discussion on both the deep positive impact and negative impact brought by the transition in the construction of official's vocational morality. At the end of this part, the author sums up some requirements and challenges in the construction of official's vocational morality from the transition.The fourth part is the part of policy, the author brings forward some policies for the construction of official's vocational morality in our country according to the problems existing in the construction of official's vocational morality in the transition.
