Legal economy is not only the inherent request of socialist market economy, also is the fundamental nature and distinction of it. However, we can not just take it for granted that socialist market economy is not but legal economy, neglect of the scope of the morality in market economy. For an instance, in face of the successional immoralities in market economy, legality would be at a loss. As the legality is not universal, limitations exist at the roles in the social limits, patterns and effects of the legality. With a general view of the all times and all countries, there is no a single country ruling nation and operating society merely by morality or legality.This thesis, to start with, emphasizes market economy is legal one, as needs legality, and analyze the confines of law and the morality's merits.
