A Study On China's Medium-small Enterprises Finance Support System

The middle and small-sized firms' role has been accentuated in many countries because of their magnificent contribution to economic growth. The current financing situation and problems facing the medium-and-small sized enterprises in china are analyzed. According to the experiences of indirect and direct financing introduced in other countries, finance system served for the medium-and-small sized enterprises was set up to provide various financing services. Financing channels in foreign countries include placing by bonds, developing venture capital and setting up second-board market. Then four countermeasures are put forward such as setting up sound financial system serving the medium-and-small sized enterprises, providing favorable policies, developing venture capital and setting up the second board market in china. The second board market plays an important role in the financing system of medium-and-small sized enterprises. This paper is composed of five parts: the first part is the exordium and explains the significance and purpose of this study; the second part introduces the elementary theory of the Medium-small enterprises, analyzes the current situation and the existent problem in domestic chain-business and points out the developmental direction; the third part introduces the finance support system of the foreign countries; the fourth part analyzes the current finance support system of SME from four aspects; the last part puts forward some advises in developing our country's SMEs finance system.
