To push the research & development academy into market, in 1999, 242 academies were transforming to be enterprise. By the end of 2000, the transformation completed.In the past 5years, the transformed academy has met a lot of problem, especially in aspect of motivation on their employees. For example, the organization reformation leg the transformation. Managers show great interest in short-term motivation. Also, they emphasized the business rather then research & development. The lack of corporation culture hold up the step of these corporate.By investigating a typical corporation, I want to find the problem of motivation in such corporations. I contribute a resolvent for that corporation. Furthermore, by researching other corporations, I try to find a way to make them know how to motivate their employees.At the begain of this paper, I introduce some theory on motivation. In chapter 1 I show readers the background of transformation of academy. In chapter 2 I make a research on motivation in a typical transformed academy, try to find the problems and give them answer. In chapter 3 I illustrate the common problem in transformed academy. In the end of this paper I want to find some ways to solve the common problem that transformed academy may face up.
