Primary education has always been an important part of quality education in our country.Under the leadership of the state,primary school leaders in various regions have adhered to the combination of teaching and research to improve teachers’ salaries and teaching levels in order to improve the overall quality of teaching.After the country put forward the guidance on improving teacher incentives in compulsory education schools,Suizhou City has successively introduced and improved relevant regulations and plans for public elementary school teacher incentives since 2018,formulated teacher incentive measures in accordance with relevant standards,and realized all-round management of teachers,In order to stimulate teachers’ enthusiasm for work.This article takes "Suizhou Kilometer Primary School Teacher Motivation" as the main research content.Firstly,it sorts out the literature related to this topic and understands the role of teacher motivation.On this basis,it uses a questionnaire survey method,interviewing method,case study method,contrastive analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis to extract three public schools in Suizhou City.Primary school teachers conduct surveys to understand their needs in terms of material and spiritual motivation.Secondly,it summarizes and sorts out the specific content of teacher incentives in public primary schools in Suizhou City,and uses teacher interviews to understand teachers’ understanding and satisfaction with incentive measures,and summarize the problems existing in teachers’ material and spiritual incentives.Finally,combined with Port Lawler’s comprehensive incentive theory,starting from teachers’ job performance,clarifying the relationship between performance and teachers’ effort,expectations,and teacher incentives,based on this,through adjusting teacher salaries to ensure the fairness and science of salaries and benefits Sex.At the same time,innovate the way of teacher training,build a teacher’s emotional communication platform,walk into the teacher ’s life and family,create a good working and living environment for the teacher,focus on the difference between the teacher’s career plan and the expected value,and realize the role of the teacher.Perceived guidance to establish a spiritual contract that drives teachers to work hard.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper finds out the constraints of teachers’low enthusiasm,and combined with Porter-Lawler comprehensive incentive theory model,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the enthusiasm of teachers in Suizhou public primary schools,improve the management level of teachers,and strive to promote the high-quality development of Suizhou education.
