So it is very important to do some research on the question of evaluating e-commerce enterprises. Based upon the value theory, we should form the basal valuation theory and methods of e-commerce enterprises.On the basis of summarizes and analyzes the current situation of valuation theory and methods in domestic and abroad, this thesis begins with analyzing the appearance necessity and development possibility of e-commerce. Then this thesis emphasizes the value advance of the transition for e-commerce of traditional enterprises, and summarizes the value source of e-commerce enterprises. Compared with the traditional enterprises, it is more difficult to evaluating the e-commerce enterprises. The thesis puts forward the evaluating methods of e-commerce enterprises based on life cycle of enterprises. We should choose adaptive methods in relevant period. Because e-commerce enterprises are different from traditional enterprises in some characters, and each period of life cycle has respective value tropism.After all this work, the thesis puts forward possible study clues and points out the important items to be discussed in this domain, such as the study of basic theory and methods. We hope our work will do favors to the further research of valuation theory and methods of e-commerce enterprises.
