The Study Of Optimizing And Selecting Supplier Model In DT Company

Along with the coming of globalization and knowledge economy,enterprise's competition is transferring to the competition between enterprise's supply chain,the supply chain has turned into a powerful weapon for enterprise to found and buildup and hold competition.Supplier is the headwaters of entire supply chain,so it is important to select and optimize supplier for building efficient supply chain and increasing enterprise's competitive capacity.In this thesis,the study of selecting supplier in overseas and domestic has been introduced,five-forces model which was put forward by Michael E.Porter has been introduced simply,supply chain management has been introduced,and dissertated the relation between optimizing supplier and enterprise's competitive capacity.At the base of evaluating the old model that was how to select supplier in DT company, a new model of optimizing and selecting supplier has been redesigned,and evaluated and summarized.Including two factors in selecting and optimizing supplier,one is how to select supplier,another is how to optimize supplier quantity.In this thesis,we have talked about how to buildup the enterprise's competitive capacity by selecting supplier.Supplier evaluation system has been set up,which is based on enterprise's competitive capacity from quantitative factor and qualitative factor,in the system we have confirmed the right of quantitative target by AHP,and confirmed the rightof qualitative target by ABC taxonomy. About how to optimize supplier quantity,we have set up a mathematics model which is suitable for co-cornpetition,the model has described the facts which effect purchase cost.
