Based on the theory of strategy thinking with culture, business culture is classified as three forms: 1)The culture with assistant function for strategy. That is, the direction of business culture agrees with the strategy; the sense of value of the members and their performances are harmonious with the strategy. 2) The strategy-restricted business culture. That is, the culture conflicts the strategy. The conflict becomes a lion on the way to carry out the strategy, to reform and develop. When a new strategy is carried out, the traditional business culture will become the restriction of it. 3) The nonslrategy related business culture. That is, business culture doesn't affect the strategy directly. The reasons arc that these enterprises don't have dominant culture atmosphere. They lack of communication to form a main stream of business culture. Under such a circumstance business culture may develop from strategy-assistant function to strategy-restricted trend.
