Study Of Corporation's Knowledge Management Strategy Model

The world economy has been changing from industrial economy time to knowledge economy time now. As a kind of unique and infinite resource, knowledge has become the key component which pushes forward the economy growth. Instead of depending on accumulating capital, the growth way of corporation in developed countries has changed to knowledge accumulating and renewal now. As a new model of enterprise management, knowledge management is quietly springing up, which is bringing a big shock to Chinese corporations. Only by formulating practical knowledge management strategy and practicing it effectively, can we Chinese corporations survive worldwide competition. This paper's main idea is about strategy models of corporation knowledge management strategy, it outlines three types of strategy model:Corporation operational model with the mainline of carrying out the knowledge management strategy plan; corporation knowledge capital management model with the center of knowledge capital operation, corporation technical innovation and knowledge creation model with the core of technical innovation.Also it discussed the operational structure of the corporation knowledge management strategy in a trial way on the base of knowledge management strategy operation---the law of increasing returns, building the organizational system to support the knowledge management strategy's operation, cultivating an intra-knowledge net to support the knowledge management, nurturing the organization culture which will be helpful to knowledge management, creating an appraisal system on knowledge management, and so on.
