The main purposes of the study are to discover connotations of Chengxin in organizational management, current level of Chengxin, and Chengxin's relationship with employees' trust in and also commitment to the organization.Through data analysis and survey of Chengxin view, the researcher has made the following operative definition on Chengxin in organizational management: the degree an organization's behavior is in accordance with the four principles, namely, honesty, promise-keeping, integrity and consistency. Based upon the above-mentioned definition, the researcher has c ompiled Questionnaire of Chengxin In Organizational Management, and carried out the survey. 650 questionnaires are handed out, among which 478 are valid.The findings are as follows:(1) the researcher has exacted four key factors from Questionnaire of Chengxin In Organizational Management, which confirmed the operative definition.(2) the overall appraisal of the level of Chengxin in organizational management is positive. However in different aspect, the subjects' appraisal differ. On promise-keeping side, the appraisals are the most positive, and on integrity side, the appraisals are the least.(3) in order to disclose values of Chengxin in organizational management, the researcher has classified the subjects' appraisals into three groups according to their ratings. Then the researcher carried out ANOVA and Correlation. The results of the two analyses showed that: people that appraise the most positive upon organization's management have the highest level in trust in and commitment to the organization; people that appraise the least positive upon organization's management have the lowest level in trust in and commitment to the organization, etc.
