| More and more companies have paid more attention on Job Satisfaction ,yet only a few of the researches are about Job Satisfaction of WenZhou's nongovernmental enterprises,and the measurement of Job Satisfaction especially for WenZhou's nongovernmental enterprises are absent.This study chose HongQingTing Group as research object.Ten-factor structure modle proved to be the best through the exploratory factor analysis,which are institution,fairness and coordination;working condition and trainingjob itself; advancement, concerning, and communication; supervision and supervisor;house providing and holiday; compensation;culture building; security and work strength; co-worker. The more results of data-analysis are as following:The total Job Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction of ten factors are different,and there are many variances among staff,for example,different gender,census register,age,educational background ,length of service for HongQingTing, length of service job classification. |
