The Study Of Employee Behaviors And The Internal Risk Of Commercial Banks

The paper studies the relation of employee behaviors and the internal risks of banks. As we know, the bad assets and the low rate return limit Chinese banks to develop, but they all have relation to employee behaviors. Especially on the epoch of shunt to the international practices, the employee deviances such as corruption, shirking, gray consumption, computer crime, fraud crime have caused serious loss.The above reason tell us the internal risk by employee deviance has become the main problem to limit Chinese banks to compete with international opponents and Chinese financial safe. But the studies of internal risk by employee deviances are few, so we want to study the employee behaviors on the point of risk control.The paper is composed of four parts. Part 1 is the relation of employee behaviors and risks of commercial banks. First the part introduces the definition and the general class of bank risks. Part 2 is the reasons of employee deviances. Part 3 is the countermeasures of employee deviances on the control of risk. The key of the part is the constructing of employee content.
