Technology Innovation Management of Private Enterprises acts as an essential part in the management of private enterprises. Technology innovation should be regarded as one of the most tremendous and important duties faced by private enterprises, if they expected to achieve continuous and steady success in the fierce market competition. The article, aiming at the study in the whole process of technology innovation management of private enterprises, takes the detailed and deeply analysis on the theory and process of technology innovation and the technology innovation management by anatomizing the developing private enterprises.The article exactly defines the concept of technology innovation and compactly describes the content and method of technology innovation management. After coming up with four factors and three driving forces in technology innovation, it makes a systematic interpretation on the process, the genres and the effects of technology innovation. In the comprehensive explanation, it also puts forward the measures in research development and capital management, the advantages brought by spreading of technology innovation and how to evade the risks during the technology innovation. Furthermore, taking WanLi corporation as an example, the article takes quantitative analysis in the economic benefit created by the new-product development on the basis of the analysis in managing environment and the technological level. In this way, it clarifies the important role of the products which gradually are advanced in the new product development, so that the technology innovation management of private enterprises should be more perfect and scientific.
