Till now, cooperative finance which was originated from middle nineteenth century still is alive and applicable to every place. 100-plus years after its origin, along with the changing of economic circumstances in the world, cooperative finance was evolving all the time. It has changed more dramatically since 1960' While the developing degree of merchandise economy and the growth level of market are continually increasing in the world, cooperative finance has a new tendency that its organizational form, administrative structure, and managing principles are gradually deviated from the former. So does Chinese agricultural cooperative finance. The reason includes both the inherent drawbacks of the cooperative financial system and the continual development of social, historical, economic, cultural backgrounds. We should investigate this problem according to the particular condition of China. We have to grasp the past and future evolutional rule of cooperative finance. By comparing China with foreign countries, we may find out the similarities and differences between them, and discern whichis better in order to learn from it. By having analyzed the phenomenon and the causes, we can find out the obstructions which hindered the healthy development of Chinese agricultural financial cooperatives and put forward a new innovative way. All of the above research are very significant, for we will make the future direction of its development more definite and carry forward the reform of rural credit union successfully.In this article, the author used many researching means such as comparison, deduction, experience proving and so on. By analyzing the new phenomenon and the causes, by comparing China with the western countries, the author attempts to illuminate how to reform rural credit union successfully under the evolving trend .
