The purpose of this chapter is to clarify some false viewpoint in existence which considers that rural cooperative finance is misfit for China . Only recognizing the value of rural cooperative finance does studying the supportive legal environment make sense.Chapter 2 discusses on the legal basis of developing rural cooperative finance , i.e. the framework of cooperative legislation . rural cooperative finance should be studied in the context of cooperative movement .
