Competition between modern enterprises has result in little profit. Cost and profit has become very open also. Competition between enterprises is not only limited in technique and personnel aspects now. It has extended to logistics field also because logistics has been considered as an important source by manufacture and academe to reduce cost and gain dominance during competition.Logistics management is one of the focuses of competition in the field of telecommunication equipment manufacture. As the core of logistics management recently, Order Management plays a very important role on raising satisfaction rate of customers and strengthening competition ability of enterprises. With competition intensifying, the difference on technique, price and brand between enterprises is decrease gradually in telecommunication equipment manufacture field. Logistics management has been considered as core of competition by different enterprises. As an important branch of logistics management, Order Management has began to be more and more noticed because the main work in manufacture enterprises in whole year is always acquiring the order, delivery according to the order, and getting profit from it. The purpose of Order Management is providing timely and accurate delivery service by control the process of order implementation. Once delivery ability has been deemed as one of the dominance in competition by enterprises, a reformation in Order Management cannot be avoided Although Order Management is not the only contribution to the successes of enterprises, it has great contribution on raising the satisfaction rate of customers. Successful Order Management will create core value for enterprises.In South Optic Telecommunication Company, estrangement likes a wall block off different departments because of management, organization and personnel reasons at present. Order Management becomes separate and inconsistent activity, and reduces the efficiency of the whole process. This article bases on analyzing the market environment and competition characteristics in the field of telecommunication equipment manufacture, searching and analyzing the failure and problem on Order Management in South Optic Communication Company, presenting the principle and relevant tactics on how to develop the Order Management according to relevant theory, and some suggestions on how to create organization environment during actual implementation of Order Management strategy.
