Study On Environmental Executive Direction System

Environmental problem is aggravating as rapid as economic development of our country. Environmental protection has become contemporary problem. As a new administrative regulation, environmental executive direction plays key role in environmental protection. It has been an important measure. Because the study is late, the theory and practice is not mature, the system need to be perfect. This paper aims to perfect this system by improve its theory. And it discussed some basic issues of this system. By study on some foreign countries, we find shortcomings of our system. And at the last, some advices were given to prefect environmental executive direction.
