On the environment of global economy, the construction ,intensity and extension of core competence is an essential tache for enterprise to get competitive strengths. We think out a strategic framework .which is core competence based.. By reconcordanting resource and competence of two enterprises ,the core competence will be cultivated and intensified . At the premise of longtime management of enterprise, the purpose of M&A is to construct, intensify and extent core competence. So core competence is essential.
