It conducts the comprehensive management on marketing, financial accounting, production, R&D and computer management information system so as to fulfill successful operation. Strategic management is one of the essential activities for business administration while all others serve to and around it.Sun Foodstuff (Group) Corp. is a state enterprise. It has experienced the process of reforming from 1980's. The corp. was famous in the professing of food and still is one of best brand at present. It is a challenge for the enterprise how to keep standing and growing when external environment has changed and it is very different as before.This article studies the development strategy for Sun Foodstuff (Group) Corp by enterprise strategy management theories systemically. First, this paper scans the enterprise developing theory, Competitive Advantage Theory, Value chain Theory, Strategy Alliance Theory and their practices. After gathering enough date, this article analyses both the external and internal environment, using resource method on the internal resources, Value China Theory on main actions of enterprise management, Core Competence Theory on the key factors, SWOT method on the opportunities, threats, advantagesand weaknesses. In order to get development strategy of the Sun Foodstuff (Group) corp. ,this article uses the strategy place and act evaluation (SPCE) method to the enterprise total development strategy selection. According to the total strategy, this article studies the main acting strategies. At last, the article discusses how to implement the enterprise development strategy through modifying organization structure, cultivating enterprise culture and implementing strategy alliance with other partners.With all of those measures, the article tries to provide aids to developing Sun Foodstuff (Group) corp.
