Demonstration Study On XIBI & The Operation Model Of Business Incubators

The business incubators have been established as a vital force in the new economy for 17 years in China. With the advent of the globalization in the new economic conditions, business incubators will be exposed to the challenge to industrialization and internationalization. How to keep on stimulating the enthusiasm for the scientific and technological transfer, high-tech commercialization, the establishment of small enterprises and national economic growth has become a hot topic for a deep research of the administrations in charge of science and technology, as well as economy department. As a result, the study of the business incubator management model and its operation pattern will play an important role in our country's economic development.This paper will at first specify the problems involved in the investigation, the management model of the business incubator and its operation pattern, as well as the generalization of the problems relative to the major management theory. Then, through a general analysis of performances and control mechanism of business incubators, the similarities of the successful business incubators will be put forth. Thirdly, the proposals and measurements in development of our country's business incubators will occur with the dissection and comparison of the business incubator operational model at home and abroad. Finally, with the application of professional assessment and stratification analysis, the Five-part management achievement appraisal criterion system, including the development and operation of the business incubators, innovation ability, social contribution, construction of the creation environment and the extent of internationalization, will be established. With this system, Xian High-Tech Business Incubation Center (Xian International Incubator) will be evaluated.With the application of relative philosophies and methods of management,positive and normative, qualitative and quantitative dissections, the management model of business incubators under the modern conditions have been formulated on the basis of developing our own business incubators. Accordingly, the way and points proposed in this paper is not only with practical value, but with valuable theoretical value.
