Fridreck Von Hayek is famous because of his outstanding contributions in the field of economics, he was awarded Nobel Economic Prize in 1974. However, the academic thought of this giant have already broken through the scope of economic before long, He achieved great success in politics, sociology and jurisprudence etc. This paper attempt to analyze a basic concept of Hayek's theory: rules of just conduct, so we can understand the whole system of Hayek's theory about law and liberty.First, this paper analyses some background about the theory of rules of just conduct.In this part, it talks about two important resources of Hayek's legal theory: Hume and Kant. Then, the artic discusses what the rules of just conduct are and some of the characters they have, it also discusses how the rules come to be and how to develop, and how can we test them and modify them.
