With the globalization of world economy, science and technology and fast market environment, the environment faced by high & new technology enterprises in China is dynamic and easily changeable. Strategic alliance is an effective and important organization of sustaining competitive advantage and constant development for high & new enterprises. Through strategic alliance the enterprises can get resources and abilities needed for development and make up for the shortage of resources. It affects the strategy, core competence, organization form and technology greatly. So it puts up forwards the challenges for the strategic management of advantage in high & new technology enterprises.Based on the study of the former theory and contents on strategic alliance, strategic management and study on comprehensive advantage strategic management, by the use of value chains, through the analysis of competitive advantage and disadvantage, the cooperative actions and types of advantage are decided, and then using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation the partners and projects of value chains combinations are selected through the index design. We do some researches on the potential competitive advantage created by strategic alliance on production, R&D and market. On the base of analyzing the factors affecting the success of strategic alliance and the risks existing in the strategic alliance and how the strategic alliance influencing the core competence, the technologies, organization, business culture and organizational learning abilities, by way of comprehensive advantage theory, we do some researches on how to make full use of the strategic alliance. Through the analysis and research on the above, we discuss how the AMOI Company develops through strategic alliance and give some policies and suggestions on the use of strategic alliance by high & new technology enterprises in our nation. |
