Study On The Development Of Strategic Alliance Of High & New Technology Enterprises In China

This paper based on the transaction cost theory and the strategic management theory,fully combined the state of development of the modem high & new technology,have probed into the concept,the characteristic,the theoretical foundation and development of this organizational form of strategic alliance.Using SWOT matrix to analyze the current situations of development of high & new technology enterprises of our country,have drawn that strategic alliance is the inevitable system choice of developing the new & high technology enterprises of our country.Using typical case and the method of game theory,have analyzed the forming motive and development of strategic alliance. Through comparative analysis with enterprise group and M&A,announce the unique advantages of strategic alliance. From the aspects of transaction cost and value chain,analyze the theoretical foundation of strategic alliance.Through analyzing,have drawn the large-scale production effect,the inter-dynamic to study effect,the collecting a group of effects by strategic alliances in technological innovation.Analyzing the development of current situations of strategic alliance of the new & high technology enterprises of our country,and according to the characteristic of the broadband industry,applying EFE matrix and IFE matrix,taking the strategic alliance practices of Chongqing CNC Broadband Networks Co.,Ltd. as an example,have proved extremely high using value of strategic alliance.Through analyzing and research,using the theory and experience of strategic alliances of western countries for reference,and combining the national conditions of our country,have proposed strong countermeasure and suggestion of accelerating the development of the strategic alliance of high & new technology enterprises of our country.This paper covers both theoretical analysis and case studies,combining theory with practice. Through expounding the facts,the concept to the traditional strategic alliance is extended and has been expanded. Through analysis and research of many cases in this paper,have revealed that the strategic alliance is important means the high & new technology enterprises of our country obtaining the competitive advantage and growth,it is the new-type and effective competitive strategy.
