Abstract/Summary:
Performance is the effectual and practical measure to value the management of a corporation, so how to improve the performance becomes the linchpin for a corporation to keep continuable development. With the global integration of economy and Internet technology becoming more deeply and widely, the form and content of corporation management have innovated continually. The traditional performance appraisal has developed to integrated performance management, because it cannot fulfill the need of corporation management. Performance management has been used widely in western countries, but it is still a new thing for Chinese organization. We should advance the work of the human resource management with the focus of performance management, and then advance the whole management level finally.The thesis made a deeply analysis on performance management from strategic, whole and advanced aspects. Put forward the new model the performance management to cope with dynamic and competitive economy environment. Firstly, the thesis gives the definition, purpose and function of performance management. Secondly, the thesis analysis the four parts of it, including performance plan, communication, appraisal and feedback. The appraisal part emphasizes on a new appraisal mode, 360-degree feedback. Then the thesis discuses the develop trend, especially based the computer using. Finally, the thesis point out the problems in Chinese performance management, and bring forward the practical and effective measures.
