Abstract/Summary:
The era of globlization and knowledge economics comes to us. More and more enterprises know the importance of M&I and take part in the process. A M&I era of enterprises appears in the world. There are many M&I actions, but some of them succeed finally and some fail. What is the real reason that decides whether these actions succeed or fail? What kind of role should human resources management takes? What effect should HRM takes? How to make the M&I of enterprise go smoothly? How to deal with the problem of integration of enterprise cultures? How to reorganize the enterprise, arrange the management members and cut the employee.The goal of the M&I is to make the enterprise more powerful and have advantages. For this reason, factually the two side of the M&I should focus on not only the integration of the strategies, capitals, finances, markets, sales, patent, brand, but also no discrimination in the process of making M&I strategy and implement。The capital of enterprise is not only the evaluable tangible assets, the most valuable is the human resource capital. So, enterprise should make strategies relatively to realize the goal of M&I. Enterprises should take some management action to release the mind burden of employee and make them agree the M&I and take part in the work actively. Thus, M&I enterprises can integrate the human resources in both side, deal with the problem of the flow of employee compatibly, and strengthen the communication and integration of enterprise cultures.The author of this thesis described the contact action of human resources management within the M&I case between the Luoyang Chundu food company, ltd. And Xian Haituopu company. The author analyzed the key work and the way of human resources management in the process of M&I, summarized the reason of the fail and shortages, and demonstrated that the HRM is the key of M&I cases. Finally, the author put forward the principles of HR management and a optimized system of management. It can give the enterprises direction of management both in theory and practice.
