| Human resource is the first resource for enterprise's development, especially for medium and small enterprises. As a big province in population and economics, Shandong has a large quantity of medium and small enterprises and the status quo of these enterprises' human resource management affects their subsistence and development directly. My paper proceeds from the related theory of medium and small enterprises such as their action, status quo and existing problems, human resource management's decisive action for their development, then introduce Shandong province medium and small enterprises' status quo and their human resource, in the next part, probe into the status quo and existing problems in these enterprises such as programming, training, monetary reward, motivation etc. and analysis on the reasons for the problems from macroscopical factors, enterprises, employees, then deeply analysis on market-deployment system such as supply-demand, competition, price, social security etc. at last, use advanced enterprises' human resource management mode for reference and discuss some practical countermeasure and suggestion to Shandong medium and small enterprises' human resource management. |
