With the entrance to the information economics society, organizational structure becomes more complicated and the composition of work force is increasingly diversity in modern enterprise. Communication has consequently been an important part in the course of enterprise management. It has been fairly important in enterprise management that how to utilize communication as an effective and systematic management tool. In the mean time, as what has been approved by various researches abroad, effective communication can enhance employee satisfaction and organizational commitment, improve work-unit productivity as well as reduce turnover rate. Following the above factors, this dissertation studies how to build up managerial communication system based on employee communication satisfaction.Studied the theories and researches in managerial communication, the author proposes a model of managerial communication system in an enterprise which comprises of six essential steps including setting objectives, creating circumstance, structuring network, categorizing contents, defining proper ways and building up monitoring system. Then in the case study part of this dissertation, the author analyzes the employee communication satisfaction thoroughly based on the survey data in an international company, and works out a managerial communication system to improve communication in the company.
