| Small and medium enterprises are foundations of economic development. With economic globalization carrying forward, small and medium enterprises will be up against challenge of international competition. After experiencing the market process, China small and medium enterprises start their internationalization. Facing the difficulties and problems, they should regulate their international management on strategy initially. The dissertation has an attempt to search after the theories and effective ways of China small and medium enterprises' internationalization and management issues through theory and practice analysis.The dissertation consists five parts. In the introductory part, the objective, the significance, the scope and the methods of the research are outlined. Chapter one is the theoretical foundation of the dissertation. It definitely confirms the concept and the scope of small and medium enterprises' internationalization, and presents phase-theory and three mainly ways of this issue. Chapter two introduces three typical models of small and medium enterprises' internationalization and their characters, including Euro-American model, Japanese model and developing country model. Chapter three mainly discusses the present situation of China small and medium enterprises' internationalization and their characters, including cases of small and medium enterprises' internationalization in the coastal area, opportunities and advantages of internationalization, and trends of their internationalization.Chapter four is the most important one in the dissertation. At first, it makes analysis on the difficulties and problems of China small and medium enterprises' internationalization. Then it discusses the core issue and emphasis of small and medium enterprises' international management. At last, it presents the ways and methods to reinforce China small and medium enterprises' international operation and management.Looking back the theories on small and medium enterprises internationalization and summarizing the experiences on practices, the dissertationclaims that the key point on China small and medium enterprises internationalization management is to combine the international strategy management with organization management, human resources management and conflict management. It should base on the resources and situation to work out the strategy, base on the strategy to improve the organization structure and human resources management, and deal with the conflicts effectively. This is the right innovation of the dissertation. |
