Discussion Of Constraction Project Management Problem

'Project Method Construction' which has been widely adopted by construction enterprises in our country has been greatly developed and a series of project management theories has been formed during the last two decades. However, with deepening of project management practice, the intrinsic system of state-owned enterprises has restricted the upgrading of project management. Moreover, a series of key problems in construction project management emerges.With the practice of project management and centered on a topic of 'Completing contract as promised and obtaining the most profit' , the article puts emphasis on resource allocation, selection and appointment of project managers, human resource management in project, reform on profit distribution system, project cost and risk control, claim for compensation in variation and so forth on the basis of current domestic construction market and construction enterprises. Furthermore, which key link should be operated well and how to operate are illustrated in the article as well. The article is based on grasping basic concepts, main content and the relationship between mother companies and their subsidiaries on construction project management and the principles and methods of system project are applied.
