Rational Reflection On Contemporary China's "Rule Of Law"

While ancient china's "Rule of law" bears identical points with that of the western, it differs from the western's at its root. Contemporary "Rule of law"originated from the western. Having beenn adopted by countries and countries, it develops into diversed versions. As the precious result of human being's rational thought, it extends widely. Thought the cadamic field has various explainations on it, it can be defined generally from three perspectives.For recent hundred years, Chinese people have been longed for the realization of "Rule of law". After the long pursuit ,China finally set up the "Rule of law". Today's construction of "Rule of law" has chieved a lot, but there are still some defects. We should nalyse the reason of success and find out the defects, looking for a way out upon that and pushing forward the development of "Rule of law".
