China, as member of World Trade Organization ,can its right naturally and at the same time ,we should also stand to the basic principles and regulations of WTO carry out its foreign consent and take on its corresponding obligation .In order to adapt the new enviroment after we joined WTO ,a better and more complete understanding of WTOis necessary .This paper is mainly talk about WTO deraignment law. Depend on its fastly effectively and fairly characteristics ,this law showed its effectiveness in the new field."There is one common characteristics for all civilized community ,that is,a suit of regulations and procedures ,which can be used to interpret and apply for deraignment an apple of discord issues ,should be set up to maintain peace and stable in the society." Peaceteman, an expert in WTO said, "a shared experience on law for all countries ".WTO deraignment law is mapped out to these demands .china ,as the biggest developing countries in the world, it is urgent forus to know how to use the deraignment laws to resist any vicious economy incursion ,protect our domestic trade and economic development.This paper focuses on WTO Deraignment Law, six aspects are discussed in details :Chapter one ,the general introduction of WTO Deraignment Law.Chapter two and Chapter three summarize its basic and special procedures .Chapter four is the analysis significance. Chapter five summarizes its deficiency and points out some suggestions and Chapter six, strategies to cope with international trade entanglement in china.Discussed the issues of WTO discussed the issues of WTO Deraignment Law form the angle of legality can help us both to better understand WTO Law and use its deraignment law more completely , to defend the ecnomic interests trade entanglement ,and more importantly, to defend the ecnomic interests of our country.
