The standard line of it is constitution not others, what's more, different subjects have different constitution explaining power when execute the constitution law, they become a system which is controled by each other between them.In the second section, the author analyzes three kind of typical systems of constitution protection, namely, the model of legislation, justice and the model of exclusive organ, The author not only analyzes the historic, cultural and politic factors of these three kind of models, but also analyze their good or bad effects, and let us know what we should learn and what we should not when we reconstruct ours.In the third section, the anthor analyzes our present system's shortcomings firstly, then points the shortcomings of those three kind ofimitations of this system.The fourth chapter is the conclusion part, in this section, the author thinks that we must construct our constitution protection model of legislation and justice cooperation with the outstanding Chinese feature on the foundation of our foundamental conntry's condition, absorbing the advanced foreign experience fully, and the present theory, to assure that our constitution can be executed validly.
