Research Of Agent-based Negotiation Mechanism And Strategy In E-commerce Trade-off

Great changes and deepened influence have taken place in all kinds of sides of our society because of development of electronic commerce. Along with enormous development of transactions through electronic web site, more and more problems are emerging. Among these problems transaction negotiation in electronic commerce is especially important.How to promote effective intercommunion of information among corporations and choice of negotiating mechanism becomes more and more important for enhancing efficiency in electronic commerce transaction. To realise automatization or half-automatization of transaction negotiation, beyond research in negotiation mechanism, technical methods should be taken into account to guarantee the success. Agent technology is adopted in this paper to resolve the automatization and half-automatization of transaction negotiation, which richly exert characteristics of agent technology such as independency, agility, reactivity and initiative etc and primely complete tasks formerly finished by people.Mathematic method is applied in this paper to analyze, research and build up negotiation model and strategy of electronic commerce trade-off; main task is to adopt operational research and probability theory to find a kind of effective information intercommunion law and establish a kind of automated negotiation mechanism. Agent technology is applied to establish negotiation mechanism to improve the automated processing flow and negotiation mechanism, which will found the build-up of framework in negotiation system of e-commerce transactions. Research of Agent-based Negotiation Mechanism and Strategy in E-commerce Trade-off will contribute academic and practical value to the development of electronic commerce.
