The Consideration Of Agricultural Modernization Strategy In China

China is a big agriculture country, but it is not far so .At least up to today, Chinese agriculture is still a weak quality industry.At the beginning of the of our country's reform, the aim of the modernization of agriculture was established. For more than twenty years, agriculture has achieved a quick development. It basically fulfils the requirements of the industry and the developments of cities. But still agriculture is a very weak section in our country's economic system. Today, "agriculture, countryside and peasants" problem is the vital problem in China. The difference of the income and wealth between farmers and workers, cities and countryside has been continually widening. Desolate sense of which our country's total economy is developing fast but agriculture is developing slowly is obvious in the rural area. Agriculture products are relatively surplus. The increase of income for peasants is difficult and the burden is heavy day by day. The agricultural structure is duplicated and product quality and added value are low; the countryside basic unit is drawn emptily and the finance is debt-ridden; the rural non-agricultural industry is undeveloped, it is beset with difficulties that the workforce shifts and the pressure on employment is aggravated day by day, etc. The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China is proposed: Building modern agriculture, developing rural economy , increasing peasant's income are the great tasks of building the well-off society in an all-round way. So carrying on China's agricultural modernization problem study has very important theory meaning and practical value.Standing in the height of vision which world compares, this paper has thought to the agricultural question of our country by using the basic theories of management, economics, law science and relevant humanities. Proceeding from angle of administration at the same time, this paper proposes the countermeasure and suggestion of agricultural modernization of our country and emphasizes the function that the government should play in agriculture's modernization.
