And in the recent years, the difference has a expansile trend . So it is necessary to choice some representative aspects in the difference to research and analysis. There is many aspect on the urban-rural differences of our country , such as economic, cultural differences and the differences between the income and consumption between urban and rural residents. The differences of the income and consumption between urban and rural residents not only reflect the differences of the living level between them, but is relation to the steady development and rational distribution of country economy. The peasants' income problem is a focal problem that many scholar study on and the researches are relatively intensive. But the studies on the peasants' consume are not many. On the other hand, the consumptive demand of inhabitant in our country is insufficient. The government wants to stimulate consume in order to enhance interior demand. The number of the peasants is the mass in the whole population, but their consumptive demand is not contented. So enhancing the consumptive demand of the peasants is very necessary to the increase of the macroscopical economy. But how to rationally lead the peasants' consumption is a problem deserves thinking. The peasants' consumptive activity of our country is different to the urban residents. If we can find the primary difference between the urban and rural residents' consumptive activity, and analysis the reason that arose these differences, and put forward the means to shorten these differences in order to put in practice, we may lead peasant consume more rationally. In this way we can arose the peasants' consumptive demand, and improve the recent macroscopical economical position ,and accelerate economy develop more reasonably. Comparing the differences between the urban and rural residents'consumptive level and configuration, we not only enumerate the data to analysis the differences of the developmental and increasing rate between the urban - rural residents' consumptive level and configuration, but establish the former of consumptive function to analysis the fluctuant trend of the differences between the urban and rural residents' consumption and forecast simply. The forth chapter is causal analysis about the differences between the urban -rural residents' consumption. After establishing the former of the consumptive function, by cleaning up and calculating the data, we can point the factors that form the differences between the urban and rural residents' consumption, and indicate the fluctuant trend about these factors, and materially analysis them.
