A Study On The Frangibility And Countermeasure Of Sustainable Development In Qian'an

By the systematization of sustainable development theory, the sustainable development about resource-rich city gently becomes a hot research area. The crude frangibility of resource-rich city makes the research of sustainable development very valuable. With the direction of sustainable development theory, this paper firstly analyze the development course and status of society and economy in Qian'an, and subsequently put forward the realistic opportunity and challenge to Qian'an. On that basis, this paper put forward a index system and evaluation method of sustainable development status and sustainable development potential of resource-rich city. The method is later used in the evaluation of qian'an and other nine domestic resource-rich cities, and the frangibility gene of Qian'an is also given out. Subsequently, this paper discusses the sustainable development orientation of Qian'an from strategic angle, and put forward a frame strategy for sustainable development including industry structure policy, environment policy, human resource policy, natural resource policy, financial and revenue policy, city construction policy, technology innovation policy and society development policy. Finally, this paper discusses the mechanism foundation for the sustainable development of Qian'an, and the emphases include policy evaluation system, environment audit system and macro supervision system. The research content and conclusion is not only available for the sustainable development of Qian'an, The general discussion in the paper can also be used in other domestic resource-rich cities.
