The tide of the knowledge-based economy is inpacting every aspect of the human society, the traditional structure of buildup has not been adapt to the changing environment nowadays. The core of the knowledge-based economy is creativity, particularly to high-technique enterprises, how to proceed organization innovation effectively is the basic problem facing the enterprises in knowledge-based economy ages,it's of meaning to study the thesis both theoretically and practically.Based on the last theories research, this paper discusses profoundly the significance,surrounding,risk and the current problem exsiting in the process of organization innovation of high-technique enterprises, points out that knowledge is of important meaning in organization innovation of high-technique enterprises , and puts forward to evalue an organization from the three facets of construction of buildup, organization relation, organization quality. Then the author gives a model of organization innovation of high-technique enterprises in favour of accumulation and renewal of knowledge.The author hope that organization innovation can be paid attention to by this paper both in academic field and in practice,and provides the beneficial leading for the business enterprise when proceeding to innovate its organization.
