The payment system reform of state-owned enterprise under the modern enterprise system has put forward the new request to the human resourees management. The thesis focuses on starting with the manpower capital payment theory and inspiration theory under the knowledge economy condition, has described several aspects emphasized by payment reform of state-owned enterprise and has put forward the improving suggestion.The thesis has had helpful research on few key points of the payment system reform steps of state-owned enterprise. About the confirmation of the position evaluation factors scale, the thesis has put forward using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to evade subjective factor influence and make the position evaluation system more scientific. The thesis makes use of mathematics tools, such as the standard deviation of the sample, variation coefficient, etc. to analyze the deviation that the judge panel give a mark, and carry on effective correct ing.The thesis has made integrated design on the operator payment inspiration pattern of state-owned enterprise, has demonstrated the employee individual pay increase relying on the regression analysis method to make it more scientific.
