The Out-control And Governance Of Power Morality Present In Our Country

Since the reform and opening-up in our country, the out-control of power morality has been more and more serious, which has done harm to our politics, economy and social custom, and been the focus that people pay close attention to. Sostrengthening the research of and preventing the emergence of it is of great significance with reality and theory.This paper defines the basic conceptions of power, power morality, expatiates on the characteristics, principle and function of it. On this basis, it deeply analyzes the phenomenon of it, points out its concrete behaviors; gives the reasons in the aspects of human nature, system and thoughts, and then emphasizes the danger to our society. This paper also puts forward the concrete countermeasures to it: Firstly, strengthening the basic theory research of administrative ethics to supply the theoretical foundation to power morality education. Secondly, strengthening the supervision of power, changing some morality into law and heightening punish degree. Thirdly, analyzing the organization culture (one of the important influence factor of influencing power morality behavior), prospecting the governance countermeasures to it (administrative reform and good governance).
