The Strategical Research Of Coal Enterprise's Purchase And Stock

On the basis of analyzing the present materials management system of coal enterprise this thesis presents its fresh view purchasing and stocking that is by adopting original managing conception and applying modern way of management to achieve the goal of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency, Furthermore, the thesis also gives analysis to the materials management of coal enterprise through the point of studying strategic materials and ordinary materials.Firstly the thesis presents us an original way of materials classification to substitute for the previous approach to material classification, ABC, by taking into the consideration the present situation of the materials management in coal enterprise. Secondly, by analysing two kinds of materials, strategic materials and ordinary materials got after the classification. The thesis presents its new way of management. At the end of the thesis the author also gives his own summarise and prospects to the view of the thesis.
