Research On Property Right System Innovation Of Chinese Family Enterprise

At present, the lacking of property right system innovation has been the main factor that hampers Chinese family enterprises to get more development. On the basis of deeply analysis of property right structure of Chinese family enterprises, this article absorbs the advanced experiences of some successful family enterprises, and tries to probe into the innovation of Chinese family enterprises' property right system, according to the theory of MPRS (modern property right system).The meanings of property right and the theoretical foundation for MPRS are stated in the paper.
