A Study On Development Strategy Of Fuzhou District University Science And Technology Park

University Science and Technology Park is a new type of social and economic organization for technological achievements transfer and start-ups incubation which combines teaching and research activities in universities and the hi-tech industry.The construct of Fuzhou District University and Technology Science Park (FDUTSP), will be based on the university and academic institutions in Fuzhou, uniting the resource of Fuzhou Hi-Tech Carve out Service Center and Fuzhou Tai Xi Science Park, combining Fuzhou District University City. To get a healthy and rapid development of FDUSP, making an instructional and scientific stage for it has academic value and realistic meaning.This paper starts with the developing status and trend of the world Science Park and the course during the development of Science Park in China, and introduces the theory of "Increasing Pole", the theory of "The Join of Three Aspects", the theory of "Incubator", the theory of "Net Organize". These make a fully preparation for the next analysis of this paper. Then the paper analyzed the circumstance of FDUTSP on the base of its development status, and analyzed the construction on the Core Competence of FDUTSP according to correlative theory. Base on the analysis of theory, analysis of circumstance, the analysis of Core Competence, the author put forward the directive ideology, strategic orientation and developing goal, set down the developing strategy of FDUTSP, including system innovation strategy, opening, amalgamation, sharing strategy, industry focus strategy, phase incubation strategy, brand figure strategy, bring forward the basic step of construction. At last, the paper discussed the measure to implement the development strategy including system innovation, policy instituting, item and person with ability introduction, enterprise support system construction.
