Centering on this question, Chinese economists and practical economic researchers have done lots of outstanding and inspiring research on it. But the majority of study concentrated on the qualitative analysis, the method of quantitative analysis is not enough in the course of probing into the theory and analyzing the countermeasures to realize China's economic intensive growth.At the beginning, the connotation of intensive operation for industry corporations is defined on the background of WTO. Based on the thorough survey and study, the paper set up a set of indicator system, which is used to evaluate Chinese industry enterprise, using divisor analysis combined with the distributed decision system of SAS software to analyze -. sort and score S city' 15 industrial enterprises. In this paper, divisor analysis method can avoid the influence of person factor in the course of evaluation. The distributed decision system of SAS software can effetely deal with the problem of timely analysis and evaluation for a great deal of information. Based on evaluation, the latent factors of restrained intensive operation of industry enterprise are analyzed. The way and countermeasure are presented for improving the extent of intensive operation industry enterprises. In addition, to build the index system, the thesis refers to foreign and domestic indexes evaluated intensive operation and factors confined intensiveoperation and then, the thesis select 14 indexes as criterion.
