| Construction items are representatives of architecture corporations in the construction market. The management of construction items is the basis and important method of construction corporation management. Integrated the 8th section of Sui-Yu railway project being built byCREC ( China Railway Engineering Civil CO.LTD ) into this paper and proceeding with the macrocosmic management of construction item, the author expatiates on how to focus on the center of the construction schedule goal and do well in schedule, quality, safety, cost and environment protection.Firstly, by means of network planning, we find out the key task and the key route and optimize the construction project, then ensure the realization of schedule by taking measures to ensure manpower, material resources, financial and technology, etc. In the aspect of management framework, according to the organization theory and locale management practice, the Matrix is selected as the construction management framework and the locale item management board isestablished based on the principle of 'posts from facts and efficiency from condensing' In order to reduce the administrative level, the item board changes the conventional three levels into two-level pattern to enhance locale management. It is discussed in this paper how to concentrate on process control by means of whole quality management, and that quality management system is established to ensure quality objectives. It is analyzed on how to put safely construction responsibility into effect and to eliminate the insecurity situation of workers and substances to accelerate the project. In cost management, it is expatiated on how to fix on cost center and controllable cost, then focused on how to plan responsibility budget and how to make certain the budget revenue in detail. In railway item construction, environment protection has become an important index to measure the management standard. It is introduced in this paper that the method ofrecognizing and evaluating the environmental factors and the definition of important locale environmental factors. The environment control objectives and indexes are put forward and the protection measures taken pertaining to them are described. |
