With the continuous increase after our country's economic innovation and reform, our economic system transforms toward social market-economic system, people's living standards and consumption structure have changed greatly, and social mentality and economic behavior have evolved deeply, so the depth of concern degree, participation consciousness and rational thoughts which people's attitude to social insurance also strengthens increasingly.
